Relead publishes this site and provides the Relead service. For a privacy question, or to receive the legal identity of the publisher (company name, legal form, share capital, registered office, RCS, SIRET, and VAT number), write to email. We send those details from that address.
This notice describes the personal data we handle when you use the public site, the free plan preview, the account, and the paid subscription. It also describes why we use that data, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise.
We collect only what the service needs:
We use this data to:
The legal grounds are the contract (the preview, the account, and the subscription), our legitimate interest in securing the service and answering you, and a legal obligation where a law requires us to keep a record. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
We share data with the providers that help us run Relead:
Those providers act on our instructions, except Stripe, which also acts under its own duties for payment data. Public replies on Reddit can include the product name and a link to the site you submitted. They do not include your email. We skip communities that ban promotion, and each reply follows that community's rules.
We keep the website address and the plan while the project exists. A preview that was never paid stays stored so the same site can be opened again. You can ask us to delete it.
We keep the account, the email, and the linked project for as long as the account is open. The sign-in link expires after 15 minutes. The token cookie expires after one year, or sooner if you clear it. The email cookie stays in the browser until the browser drops it.
Stripe keeps payment records under its own rules and the rules that apply to payments. We keep the fact that a subscription was paid, and the email tied to it, for the life of the account and for the time accounting rules require after that.
To delete an account, write from the same email to email. We delete the account and the project tied to it, except records a legal duty requires us to keep, and we confirm once it is done.
Relead uses two cookies. Both are required for the service you asked for:
We do not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies. Because these two cookies are required to provide the service you requested, the site does not ask for a separate consent for them. You can remove them in your browser. Removing the token cookie signs you out.
Stripe may process payment data outside the European Economic Area. Stripe describes the safeguards it uses, including standard contractual clauses, in its own privacy notice. If another provider we use (hosting or email) processes data outside the European Economic Area, write to email and we will tell you which provider and which safeguard applies.
You can ask to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to a use based on legitimate interest.
Send the request from the email on the account, or from the address the request is about, to email. We reply within one month. If a request is complex, the law allows us to extend that period by two months, and we tell you if we do.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.
Access to the data is limited to operating the service. Sign-in uses a short-lived link, and card details stay with Stripe. If you think an account was used without permission, write to us and we will close the session.
Relead is a service for people who market a product. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly open an account for a child. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
When this notice changes, we update the date at the top of this page. When a change materially affects an existing account, we also send a message to the email on that account.
The contract for the service is described in the terms and conditions.
