Who we are
These terms govern the use of the Relead site and the paid subscription. Relead is the publisher. The legal identity of the publisher (company name, legal form, share capital, registered office, RCS, SIRET, and VAT number) is sent on request to email.
The service
You paste the address of a public website. We prepare a plan for that site: subreddits, threads, reply drafts, and a calendar.
The free preview shows the subreddits, the threads, and the drafts. The paid plan is a monthly subscription. It unlocks the calendar. Replies go out from ambassador accounts in your niche, on the days in the plan. Each reply discloses the link to the product and follows the rules of the subreddit. We skip communities that ban promotion. You do not need your own Reddit account.
The account
There is no password. After payment, we create an account for the email you gave and send a sign-in link. The link works for 15 minutes. Opening it starts a session that lasts up to one year.
One email holds one account. You keep that address under your control, and you are responsible for what is done through a session opened from your link.
Price and payment
The subscription is 99€ per month. Stripe shows the amount and the renewal before you pay, and charges the card you enter there. We do not store the card.
The subscription renews each month until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we can pause the calendar until the payment succeeds.
Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel at any time by writing to email from the email on the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid. You keep access until that date. Fees for the current period are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw, by writing to the same address. If you asked us to start the calendar during that period and the service has already begun, the law can limit the withdrawal to the part that has not yet been performed. We say so when we confirm the request.
What you allow us to do
By submitting a website, you confirm that you may promote it, and you allow us to store the address, read the public pages, and prepare the plan.
By subscribing, you allow the ambassador accounts to publish the drafts, and later drafts in the same spirit, in the communities on the plan, with a disclosed link to the product. You can ask us to pause posting by email to email.
Your content and ours
You keep all rights in your website and your product. You give us permission to use the public description of the product for the plan and the replies, for as long as the project or the subscription is active.
We keep all rights in the Relead site, the software, the method, and the presentation of the plan. You may use the plan for your own product. You may not resell the service, copy the site, or present the plan as a product of your own.
Acceptable use
You submit only a site you have the right to promote. You do not ask us to post anything illegal, misleading, hateful, or infringing, to hide the link to the product, or to break a subreddit's rules.
We can refuse a site, skip a community, or edit a draft so the reply stays inside those rules and the law.
Third parties
Reddit, Stripe, and the host of the site you submit are separate services. Their rules apply in addition to these terms. A community, Reddit, or a payment provider can remove a post, limit an account, or refuse a charge. When that happens, we adapt the plan. We do not control those services.
Results
Forecasts, intent scores, and the sample numbers on the site are illustrations and estimates. We do not promise a number of leads, a number of sales, or a ranking or a mention in Reddit, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, or any other service. Those outcomes depend on third parties we do not operate.
Suspension and end of the service
We can pause or close a project if a payment fails, if you break these terms, if a platform requires it, or if continuing would break the law. If we stop the service for our own reasons during a period you already paid, we refund the unused days of that period.
You can close the account by email to email. Closing the account ends the subscription at the end of the paid period. Deletion of the account is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
We provide Relead with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our fault, or for a consumer right that cannot be waived.
For any other claim, our total liability related to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid us for that subscription during the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, for a result a third-party platform refused to show, or for a loss that comes only from that platform.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes with them. If you have an account, we email you before a material change applies to a renewal. The change applies from the next period. If you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer keeps the mandatory protections of the country where they live.
A dispute that we do not solve after you write to email can be brought before the courts of the publisher's registered office. That address is sent with the legal identity. A consumer can also bring the claim before the courts of their place of residence.
A consumer can use the mediator designated for this activity. The mediator's name and contact details are sent on request to email.
